Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation, maintenance, and repair of weapons, fire control, and electronic systems.
- Support testing and calibration of targeting, radar, and sensor equipment.
- Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic components.
- Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
- Work as part of a team to support shipboard or field-based weapons systems operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or diploma or certificate in Electronics Engineering Technology or Chemical Engineering Technology (with relevant technical coursework).
- Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, control systems, and/or materials handling.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Willingness to work in structured, high-security, and team-oriented environments (e.g., military or defense sector).
Ideal Candidates May Be:
- Recent or upcoming graduates from college or trades programs
- Interested in structured roles with training and advancement potential
- Open to relocation or working across different regions in Canada
- Canadian citizens or permanent residents
