We are seeking an experienced SR AE/ Business Development Manager to join a leading transportation company in the Greater Toronto Area. This role offers the opportunity to work for a leading transportation company while focusing on driving new business. You will be responsible for securing large-scale LTL, FTL, rail/intermodal, cross-border, and reefer freight deals, helping to fuel the growth of this industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the LTL/FTL, rail, and intermodal freight sectors, including cross-border and reefer.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized logistics solutions to clients.
- Strategically target high-value accounts to maximize sales and market presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales within the transportation and logistics sectors, particularly in LTL/FTL and intermodal services.
- Strong understanding of cross-border and BONUS Points if focused on refrigerated (reefer) freight.
- Ability to secure and manage large, complex deals.
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset and drive for success.
