Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Campaign Marketing Manager with a strong blend of content creation and demand generation expertise. This role will be accountable for designing, developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns specifically aimed at attracting and converting new government logos. You will own the full campaign lifecycle, from content conceptualization to execution, measurement, and optimization, directly contributing to our MQL, new revenue, and business goals. The role can be based in Waterloo, Ottawa or Toronto offices.

Ensure communication programs are implemented in line with budgets and overall organizational policies.

Responsibilities

  • Insights and Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports.
  • Solutions Analysis: Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
  • Information and Business Advice: Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
  • Internal Communications: Help others get the most out of internal communications systems by offering support and advice.
  • Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
  • Operational Compliance: Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
  • Policies and Procedures Development: Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of procedures and guidelines to support the organization in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations.
  • Project Management: Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.

Education

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in campaign management, demand generation, and content creation, preferably within a B2B or B2G environment.
