We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Replenishment Manager to lead a team of Replenishment Analysts through a critical phase of our supply chain transformation. As we embark on a multi-year journey to evolve into a best-in-class supply chain organization, this role will be instrumental in bringing expert knowledge of replenishment practices, driving operational excellence, and shaping future-state processes.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in replenishment, inventory management, and supply planning. They bring a track record of coaching high-performing teams, leading with data, and influencing cross-functional partners. A strong attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances day-to-day execution with strategic thinking, and can identify and implement opportunities to enhance team performance and process efficiency.
In this role, you will be accountable for team KPIs, talent development, and fostering strong internal partnerships to drive alignment and deliver results.
Specifically, You Will:
- Provide strategic guidance and decision-making support to help the team navigate complexity and change.
- Conduct regular analysis of key inventory and service metrics (e.g., in-stock %, turns, fill rates, forecast accuracy) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Proactively manage risks and course correct as needed to ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Ensure adherence to standardized replenishment processes, while identifying and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as the escalation point for complex or high-impact inventory and service level issues.
- Balance service and financial goals by optimizing inventory levels within budgeted targets.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve inventory productivity, including improving inventory turns and reducing excess.
- Partner closely with Merchandising and other cross-functional teams to align replenishment strategies with sales plans, demand forecasts, and promotional activity. Provide timely updates to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership on performance.
Some of what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, modeling), Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Strong working knowledge of business intelligence tools, decision support systems, and data visualization platforms.
- Proficiency with supply chain management systems and replenishment planning software (e.g., JDA/Blue Yonder, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Proven track record in a leadership role within supply chain replenishment, inventory planning, or supply/demand management, ideally in a fast-paced or complex organization.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams with accountability for performance metrics and stakeholder alignment. Experience supporting or leading supply chain process improvements, transformational initiatives, or system implementations is an asset.
