Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee a comprehensive renovation project encompassing building renovations, signage installations, and interior office branding enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering multi-disciplinary physical space projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while coordinating with internal teams, external contractors, and branding partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines for all phases of renovation and installation work.
- Coordinate across departments (Facilities, Marketing, IT, HR) to ensure alignment with office needs and branding goals.
- Work with architects, interior designers, engineers, and signage vendors to execute vision and design intent and source furniture for the space.
Budget & Procurement Management
- Create and manage budgets for construction, branding, and signage.
- Source and manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers; evaluate bids and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure procurement and installation timelines align with project milestones.
Construction & Renovation Oversight
- Supervise all phases of building renovation, including structural updates, HVAC/electrical/plumbing changes, and space planning.
- Ensure work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Monitor on-site activities, resolve issues in real-time, and ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Signage & Branding Execution
- Lead installation of exterior and interior signage, wayfinding systems, and custom branding elements.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure branding consistency across physical spaces.
- Approve mock-ups, placement plans, and materials for all brand-related installations.
Communication & Reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and risk assessments.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and reporting tools.
- Proactively flag risks, propose solutions, and drive decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction, facilities, or branding environments.
- Proven ability to manage renovation projects from design through execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction workflows, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with signage and environmental branding principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience working in corporate office environments.
- Background in architecture, construction management, or facilities design a plus.
Working Conditions:
- This role will require regular on-site presence and coordination with vendors and contractors.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to accommodate project deadlines or minimize operational disruption.
