As the strategy team for Pharma Technical (PT) Operations, we are shaping PT’s North Star, architecting the path to get there and creating the Network of the Future. Our key to success is our capability to engage highly cross-functional and to connect with colleagues in various locations to develop and translate strategy into operations. As a member of this team, you will have a unique view on how PT operates and help make the translation of strategy be seemingly and efficient.

The Opportunity:

  • You will manage project activities related to PTY (Pharma Technical Operations Strategy), including strategy deployment, network strategy, and technology transfers.
  • You will provide end-to-end operational support for PTY strategy teams and rotational development programs, including hiring, onboarding, and managing templates and gSites.
  • You will coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, education events, and sponsorships, ensuring all processes are followed.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally, partner with stakeholders, and address issues or roadblocks proactively.
  • You will support the creation of executive-level presentations, knowledge repositories, and strategic reviews for PTY functions.
  • You will aid in developing cultural and communication programs for PTY and coordinating logistics for hybrid and in-person events.
  • You will handle vendor and expense management while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and capability building within the team.

Who you are:

  • You bring 5 years +experience in project management or administrative roles, along with a associated educational qualifications
  • You apply excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail to create value-added experiences, manage competing priorities, and drive continuous improvement and simplification.
  • You build strong collaborative relationships across diverse locations and organizational cultures, confidently engaging with senior leaders and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • You demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and problem-solving by embracing change, experimenting with new ideas, and focusing on continuous learning and self-development.
  • Microsoft Office, G-Suite, SAP, and virtual collaboration tools such as Google Meets, Zoom, and global webcasts is a must have.
  • You effectively manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of high-confidentiality internal and external engagements.
