Integration Developer
Full-Time

The Integration Developer – Oracle HCM (Payroll & Time) will play a key role in delivering effective solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud. This position requires a strong combination of technical development expertise and functional understanding of HR processes. The analyst will partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into scalable system configurations and technical components. The role will support minor enhancements, large-scale development efforts (80+ hours), and production incident resolution by delivering hands-on solutions and serving as a subject matter expert in Payroll, Time & Labor, and related modules such as Absence and Core HR.
How You'll Help:

Bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical solutions by translating functional requirements into well-structured Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and components with focus in payroll and time but depth in understanding cross-functional impacts.

Enhance and optimize Oracle Payroll and Time & Labor functionality to support accurate processing, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Deliver hands-on development and configuration for enhancements and projects, using tools such as HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas

Ensure smooth project execution by contributing to planning, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities in initiatives of all sizes.

Collaborate across departments to ensure Payroll and Time-related changes are aligned with business objectives and user expectations.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate manual work, and improve system performance.

Provide technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues and enhancement requests.

Support clear documentation and training materials to support change management and knowledge transfer to end users and support teams.
Your Skills & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
2-3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Payroll and Time & Labor modules.
-
Proficiency with Oracle development tools
-
Experience supporting full project lifecycles, including feasibility analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.

A self-starter with strong initiative, adaptability and previous experience with Continuous Improvement initiatives
-
Demonstrated ability to develop clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to accurately translate business and functional HR/payroll requirements into technical designs and system configurations.
-
Proficiency in Oracle HCM development tools (e.g., Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL/PLSQL).

In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll and Time & Labor modules, including related configuration and processing logic.

Data interpretation and conversion skills, including building or modifying integrations. Familiarity with Human Data Loader (HDL), APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud

Ability to work and communicate with both functional IT and business partners to design, test, and implement solutions with a cross functional impact perspective

Ability to create full and complete technical specification to support fitment assessment within the technology stack.

Ability to support identification of best in class technical designs that achieve scaleable and efficient solutions by working closely with functional resources in the HCM area.
