Job Description- Front Desk Listings Administrator
- Greet all staff, Realtors, clients, and the general public and make them feel welcome in our offices
- Answer phone calls and transfer calls to Realtors or appropriate staff, or provide support as needed
- Help manage our cloud based filing system
- Input showing instructions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with our documents record-keeping requirements are maintained
- Input listings onto the MLS system
- Monitor the listings/deals email accounts
- Set up and audit all transactions & loose documents
- Forward copies of Agreement and related paperwork to lawyers
- Report firm & conditional sales to OnePoint/update BrokerBay
- Follow up on outstanding conditions
- Provide assistance as needed to other staff members, Realtors, Management, our clients, and the public
- Other general office duties- ordering supplies, stocking supplies, light housekeeping, basic tech support (connecting to wifi, adding a printer)

The ideal candidate would be open to doing some shifts in our Minden Office- 12621 ON-35 UNIT 1, Minden, ON K0M 2K0

- We are hiring for 1 position
- The ideal candidate would work 9-5
- Must be available for weekends
- We are looking for a candidate who has a good personality and good work ethic.
- No Admin or real estate experience required, but would be considered a bonus.
- Our schedule is done monthly, so you always have your schedule 2-4 weeks in advance
- Although you are the only Admin working in your physical office, you work as a team with other Administrators supporting other office locations
