About the role

En tant que Spécialiste de l’intégration, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre, de l’intégration et de l’accélération de la plateforme numérique d’Align dans des cliniques orthodontiques ciblées, par le biais d’interventions en cabinet. Vous mettrez à profit votre expertise clinique et votre connaissance approfondie des flux de travail en orthodontie pour favoriser la croissance des pratiques et améliorer leur efficacité.

Les principales priorités seront:

· L’intégration et l’optimisation de la suite iTero et de ses applications

· La mise en œuvre des flux de travail cliniques et de planification des traitements pour les produits et services Align

· L’accélération du programme d’abonnement des docteurs d’Align dans certains cabinets

Vous développerez des relations d’influence avec les docteurs et leur personnel, en fournissant des analyses personnalisées et des stratégies d’activation adaptées. Vous réaliserez des évaluations approfondies de l’état actuel des clients et établirez des objectifs prioritaires avec des plans d’action clairs pour optimiser l’intégration et l’adoption des solutions numériques orthodontiques d’Align.

Les compétences recherchées incluent, sans s’y limiter, une forte capacité à cerner les besoins, une connaissance clinique et commerciale des pratiques orthodontiques, la capacité à établir des plans de formation, des compétences en communication pour inspirer et motiver les équipes, ainsi qu’un haut niveau d’engagement envers les objectifs convenus. Vous soutiendrez les efforts des gestionnaires de territoire orthodontique d’Align pour améliorer l’expérience d’adoption numérique dans les comptes partenaires clés.

As an Integration Specialist, you will drive implementation, integration and acceleration of Align’s digital platform in targeted Orthodontic accounts via in-office engagements. You will apply clinical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of orthodontic practice workflows to accelerate practice growth and improve efficiencies. Primary areas of focus will be:

· Integration and maximization of the iTero suite of systems and applications

· Implementation of clinical and treatment planning workflows for Align products and services

· Acceleration of the Align Doctor Subscription Program within select offices

You will build and leverage influential relationships with doctors and staff, providing customized practice insights and enablement strategies. You will perform thorough customer “current state” assessments and create prioritized account-level goals and defined work paths to optimize integration and acceleration of Align’s digital orthodontic solutions.

Desired skills sets include, but are not limited to, strong needs-based discovery, clinical and business knowledge of orthodontic practices, proficiency in establishing training plans, effective communication skills to inspire and motivate account personnel and high accountability to mutually-agreed to goals and expectations. In this role, you will augment and support the efforts of Align Orthodontic Territory Managers to enable and improve the digital adoption experience for key partnership accounts.

  • Offrir des cliniques et des présentations à divers types de clients et à des publics internes, afin de maximiser l’intégration et l’utilisation des produits
  • Mobiliser toutes les ressources disponibles pour assurer l’intégration réussie des processus iTero et Invisalign auprès des docteurs et de leur personnel
  • Collaborer stratégiquement avec les équipes de vente et de soutien commercial pour prioriser les opportunités
  • Agir comme mentor clinique auprès des partenaires internes et externes en partageant les meilleures pratiques
  • Rester actif dans l’industrie orthodontique et les organisations connexes pour suivre les tendances et les changements qui influencent nos clients
  • Utiliser les données et les analyses pour soutenir la prise de décision des clients
  • Coordonner les ressources internes supplémentaires pour optimiser l’expérience client et promouvoir les solutions Align/iTero

  • Guide Ortho customers through optimization of iTero workflow and increase utilization of patient education and conversion applications
  • Develop personalized plans for each customer based on their practice goals, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and tracking progress towards achieving desired outcomes.
  • Assist in integrating new product launches into office workflow.
  • Provide technical assistance on software usage, troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through any complexities they may encounter.
  • Foster positive relationships with entire practice teams within targeted practices. Build relationships with partners, utilizing a consultative and collaborative approach with the common goal inspiring our customers to modernize and grow their business.
  • Deliver Clinical Training and presentations to a variety of customer types as well as internal audiences, to maximize implementation, utilization and integration of products, assisting them in implementing digital technology and refining office processes.
  • Leverage all resources and successfully manage the integration of the iTero scanner and Invisalign processes and procedures with both Doctors and Staff of targeted accounts.
  • Strategically work with sales and commercial support functions to prioritize opportunities.
  • Work as a clinical mentor to internal partners and external partners regarding best demonstrated practices.
  • Stay active and engaged with orthodontic industry and related organizations to stay abreast of trends and changes in ortho practice that impact our business or customers.
  • Utilize data/analytics to help customer’s drive decision making
  • Orchestrate additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Align /iTero solutions.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente. Un diplôme clinique en dentisterie (RDA, RDH, EF, CDA, etc.) ou une expérience en gestion de cabinet orthodontique est un atout
  • 4 ans ou plus d’expérience pertinente dans une clinique orthodontique ou une entreprise du secteur
    • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et capacité à établir des relations solides avec les clients internes et externes. Capacité d’adaptation
  • Compétences organisationnelles : gestion du temps, multitâche et souci du détail
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit. Le bilinguisme français/anglais est requis pour les postes soutenant les clients du Québec
  • Sens aigu du service à la clientèle
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes, à faire des recherches et à raisonner efficacement
  • Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite
  • Doit être légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada et à voyager aux États-Unis
    Horaire de travail
  • Semaine de travail standard de 5 jours et 40 heures
  • 40 % de déplacements, incluant des voyages régionaux avec nuitées et certains soirs et fins de semaine selon les événements sur le terrain

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Clinical degree in dentistry (RDA, RDH, EF, CDA, etc.) and/or ortho office management experience preferred
  • 4+ years of directly related and relevant work experience in an orthodontic practice or corporate entity
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Organization skills, including time management, multi-tasking and attention to detail.
  • Superior English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. French/English bilingualism is required for roles supporting customers in the province of Quebec.
  • High customer-service standard
  • Troubleshooting ability, including research and reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Driver’s license and good driving record
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and travel to the US.

Work Schedule / Hours:

  • Standard 5 day and 40 hour work week
  • Estimated 50% travel including in region with some nights and weekends required based on in-market events
