About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, data-savvy Growth Marketing Manager to support and scale our digital marketing efforts across the funnel. This is a key role on the Digital & Growth team, working alongside specialists in paid media and web — and partnering cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and marketing ops.
You’ll focus on growing MQLs and transactional SaaS revenue, optimizing our digital experience, improving conversion across key touchpoints, and supporting campaign execution.
You’ll join a fast-moving team with an ambitious mandate. Candidates invited to interview beyond initial screening should be prepared for skills-based testing in accordance with the following job description.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conversion Optimization & Digital Experience

Own website and landing page CRO efforts (testing, analytics, UX input).

Partner with our web specialist and design team to ensure a seamless, conversion-focused digital experience.

Work with the web specialist to identify friction points in the user journey and implement A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
Campaign Execution & Support
-
Assist in building and executing campaigns in Pardot/HubSpot (emails, landing pages, nurture flows).
-
Collaborate with product marketing and programs to bring campaigns to life across digital channels.
Attribution & Reporting Enablement
-
Partner with marketing ops to improve tracking, UTMs, and funnel attribution.
-
Ensure reporting and attribution best-practices are in place, ensuring marketing efforts are measurable and ROI-focused across channels.

Support the creation of dashboards and analytics that inform optimization and departmental reporting.
Freemium Growth & Customer Journey Expansion

Work with digital, product marketing, and product teams to optimize freemium**-to-paid conversion** paths.

Support upsell, expansion, and renewal marketing motions via targeted digital initiatives.

Contribute to the development of post-signup touchpoints that accelerate value realization and contribute to revenue.
Growth Projects & Innovation
-
Lead experiments with new tools, features, or acquisition channels (e.g., new chat tools, overlays, engagement widgets).
-
Identify and test opportunities for new digital experiences that drive engagement and pipeline.
-
Pilot emerging digital tactics that improve performance or scale efficiency, including account based marketing and AI-supported initiatives
Qualifications
-
4–7 years of experience in B2B/B2GSaaS marketing, with exposure to growth, digital, or lifecycle roles.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and WordPress.
-
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, heatmap tools (e.g. Hotjar, Crazy Egg), and closing the loop via CRM/marketing automation tools.

Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and basic UX principles.

Familiar with funnel metrics and attribution models (first-touch, multi-touch, etc.).
-
Analytical mindset — comfortable making decisions based on data and user behavior.
-
Comfortable working cross-functionally and shifting priorities to support growth opportunities.

Proactive, adaptable, and excited by experimentation.
Nice to Haves

Experience with freemium or product-led growth (PLG)motion.

Basic WordPress experience.

Prior exposure to customer lifecycle or renewal marketing.
