Summary

We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in the school's success. Your contributions will directly support the schools mission.

Summary:

Are you a highly organized and persuasive communicator? We're looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic admissions team. You'll be the crucial first point of contact, responsible for qualifying potential clients and scheduling appointments for our admissions advisor. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments for leads via phone, text, and email, while maintaining strong rapport.
  • Successfully schedule appointments and demonstrations for admissions, ensuring calendars are optimized.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, engaging, and compelling phone demeanour.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to uncover client needs.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with computer software tools to support sales.
  • A track record of exceeding telemarketing or appointment setting goals.
