Position Title: Demand Planner
Job Summary
Seeking a demand planner who will be responsible for forecasting future product demand to optimize inventory levels and ensure sufficient supply to meet customer needs while minimizing costs.
Essential Job Responsibilities

Analyzing sales data, market trends & other relevant information to predict future inventory demand.

Develop inventory strategies to maintainer optimal stock level, minimize stockouts & reduce excess inventory

Collaborate with sales, product managers, supply chain and possibly other departments to align forecasts & ensure seamless operations

Track forecast accuracy & monitoring inventory levels
-
Identify potential inventory risks and implement adjustments to improve forecast reliability.
-
Identify opportunities to improve demand planning process, tools and systems.
-
Manage inventory allocation on multiple platforms
-
Host CPFR & Consensus meetings.

Manage different reports (ex; CPFR file, forecast accuracy report ect.)
Required Qualifications

Analytical skills (proficiency in analyzing data & identifying trends)

Team player with strong organizational skills.

Problem solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Takes initiative & has a strong sense of urgency.

Technical skills (experience with demand planning software, forecasting tools & data analysis techniques)

Minimum 2 years experience in demand planning.
