Inside Sales Associate
About the role
Description The Inside Sales Specialist will be the point of contact for all administrative support for Sales Directors, Sales associates and MGA Advisors.
More specifically, your duties will be:
- Answering incoming new sales support related requests sent by Advisors or members of the team.
- Answering or forwarding to proper resources incoming admin related requests on a timely manner.
- Coordinating with other internal teams to ensure that inquiries from advisors will be answered in a timely manner.
- Keeping advisors, BDMs and MGAs informed of any relevant news.
- Managing inventory of sales concepts and presentations in collaboration with the team.
- Sharing sales concepts and presentations
- Follow ups with advisors and BDMs after sales activities and important announcements.
- Contact newly contracted advisors to explain your role and the support you can provide.
- Track results following sales activities and give visibility to the team.
- Produce customized list of advisors and sales contacts.
- Updating segmentation of advisors in internal documentation and processes.
What we are Looking For:
- Post Secondary Education in business/finance or a related subject.
- Strong ability to prioritize work and manage constant change in order to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Advanced computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Mandarin (an asset)
- Some experience in email/digital marketing design (Constant Contact an asset, but open to other platforms).
- Strong organization skills.
- Experience in the Insurance Industry .
