About the role

Tasks

  • Enter accounting data and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare payroll information using employee timesheets.
  • Manage files related to vacations, leaves, and benefits.
  • Answer staff questions regarding internal policies.
  • Provide administrative support to management (writing, organizing, coordinating).
  • Follow up with suppliers and handle certain purchases.
  • Help manage IT access and equipment.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Sage 50 (mandatory).
