The Church's Chicken Restaurant General Manager reports directly to the Area Manager. As an RGM, you will have a management team consisting of an Assistant Restaurant General Manager and multiple shift leaders to help run your restaurant successfully. The number of direct reports may vary by location based on total sales volume, sales and geographic location of the restaurant.
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant including but not limited to;
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Recruit, train and manage restaurant staff to brand standards
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Ensure you, your restaurant and your restaurant team adhere to brand standards and procedures
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Provide a superior and memorable experience for all guests.
- Achieve sales, food cost and labour cost targets
- Control expenses to budget or better
- Create an environment where team members are engaged in doing their jobs and encouraged to grow while delivering exceptional service.
- Able to manage compliance with F&B hygiene policies and procedures
- Strong in verbal and written communication
- Goal oriented and self-motivated individual- take ownership of your restaurant.
- Good in multi-tasking and handling pressure
- Dedicated, hardworking and can work in any shift with flexible hours- based on restaurant requirements
- Be able to maintain and build operations structure for your restaurant
