What You’ll Be Responsible For
🏆 Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing hybrid sales team (field & remote).
- Run daily team check-ins and strategic weekly sales meetings.
- Set, track, and crush sales KPIs—with your team and your own numbers.
- Lead by example: be present in the field, show the path, and build team respect.
📊 Performance & Accountability
- Build a culture of excellence with clear KPIs, smart incentives, and timely feedback.
- Own the numbers—track performance metrics, coach for improvement, and celebrate wins.
- Create and execute PIPs (performance improvement plans) when needed.
- Deliver insightful sales reports and forecast trends with data-driven precision.
📚 Training & Development
- Own the onboarding experience for all new reps—remote and field.
- Continually evolve training materials, workflows, and CRM best practices.
- Create confident, client-ready reps in weeks—not months.
🔧 Admin & Tech Oversight
- Ensure accurate use of CRM (Go HighLevel), Slack, Payworks, and Google Workspace.
- Approve timesheets, oversee documentation compliance, and support basic tech troubleshooting.
- Be the central hub for all sales-related operations.
🤝 Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Ops, Admin, and Accounting to drive unified execution.
- Align messaging, promotions, and performance targets company-wide.
⚖️ Compliance & Ethics
- Foster ethical selling and ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines.

✅ Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, including direct field and remote/phone sales
- Proven leadership and coaching experience in hybrid sales teams
- High level of CRM and tech literacy (GHL, Slack, Payworks, Google Workspace preferred)
- Track record of hitting personal and team sales KPIs
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends during peak season
🕓 Working Hours
Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST
(Some flexibility required during seasonal peaks.)

➢ Resourcing/Recruitment Consulting - Full life cycle recruiting process; partnering with hiring managers. Create custom job descriptions. Post & maintain creative online job postings utilizing various sources. Headhunt as required. Technical BDI Interviews are conducted on site at your office. Detailed references. Exit interviews and trend identification.
Have interviewed well over 1000+ people and have maintained a high retention rate. Very knowledgeable with technical recruiting – have hired engineers of all disciplines, managers, financial, IT, administrative etc.

➢ Process and Compliance – Advice to help mitigate risks. Knowledge of labor laws.
