We are looking for a resourceful, detail-obsessed, get-it-done Virtual Assistant to be our right-hand support. We’ve got BIG ideas, projects in motion, and a mission that needs multiplying. That’s where you come in.

You’ll help us bring ideas to life, keep projects moving, and make our team even more powerful by handling operations, client onboarding, creating beautiful graphics and content, and keeping things organized behind the scenes.

This is for you if you:

Tasks Include:

Creating social media graphics + client resources in Canva, CapCut, Insta
Organizing our content calendar + creating and scheduling posts
Supporting admin tasks + assisting our coaching team
Managing Invoicing, data tracking and updating systems
Managing client onboarding + ongoing support
Participating in team meetings + offering new ideas
Follower funnel management (GoHighLevel)

Editing pictures/videos for social
