Opportunity:

Join Decisive Dividend Corporation as an IT Business Relationship Manager (IT BRM) and be a driving force behind our digital transformation journey. In this newly created role, you will lead innovation across our operations, modernize our IT infrastructure, and ensure alignment between technology and business strategy. You will be based at our corporate head office, with travel to subsidiary locations.

What We Are Looking For:

Experienced Technologist: You have 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, smart manufacturing, or IT/OT integration, ideally in a global manufacturing environment.

Strategic Innovator: You are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business outcomes, and you can translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies.

Collaborative Leader: You excel at working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful solutions.

Detail-Oriented Professional: You uphold the highest standards of cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance.

Hands-On Supporter: You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to maintain head office IT operations, provide end-user support, and administer key systems.

Growth-Minded Mentor: You have experience guiding technical teams and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and maintain technology, data, security, and infrastructure standards across the organization.
  • Act as a change agent to drive a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate and advise on enterprise architecture, identifying IT-related risks and opportunities.
  • Design and deliver large-scale IT solutions to support business transformation.

Program & Project Management

  • Lead digitalization initiatives, including Smart Factory, Digital Twin, and real-time dashboards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Build relationships with global experts and third-party service providers to ensure consistent delivery.

Technical Architecture & Integration

  • Collaborate with developers and architects to integrate shop floor systems into enterprise platforms.
  • Evaluate and implement digital tools aligned with reference architecture and strategic goals.
  • Support solution testing, validation, and deployment.

Business Analysis, Enablement & Intelligence

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and help select an ERP solution that aligns with operational and financial objectives.
  • Lead ERP implementation support, including KPI design, reporting processes, and post-launch refinements.
  • Conduct process mapping, identify automation opportunities, and enable self-service analytics.
  • Develop AI strategies and drive AI project deployments across the organization.

Governance & Compliance

  • Uphold cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance frameworks in all digital initiatives.
  • Support internal and external audits and certifications, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, TISAX, and ISO 8000.

Head Office IT Operations

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to head office staff, including device setup, software troubleshooting, and user onboarding/offboarding.
  • Maintain local IT infrastructure, including endpoints, networks, and connectivity.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments in collaboration with service providers.
