About the role

About The Role This role aligns under Life & Health Operations to optimize Swiss Re client data and industry experience and to deliver a "best in class" client data analysis & review program which differentiates Swiss Re within the reinsurance industry. As part of the Life & Health client audit team, you will utilize your analytical, communication, and project management skills to perform complex validations of data and compliance analysis. Our team emphasizes technology, teamwork, and consulting support for clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities This position is responsible for analysis and breakdown of client reported data and interpretation and comparison to expected treaty values. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding complex treaty configurations and calculations.
  • Identify issues and propose effective solutions for clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate within Operations to develop and enact project plans.
  • Clearly and concisely document findings and solutions.
  • Understand the need for change and direction of Swiss Re in the marketplace.
  • Build expertise with clients, process, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.

Essentials

  • Reinsurance knowledge including administration, treaty interpretation, and awareness of best practices.
  • Proven analytical skills and wiliness to adapt to new tools and technology.
  • Ability to work autonomously on complex validations and provide updates and raise issues when necessary.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
