We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Contents Restoration Technician to join our team and take charge of contents-related operations on-site.
Summary
As the Lead Contents Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventorying, packing, cleaning, deodorizing, and returning of personal property affected by disaster. You’ll manage a small crew and ensure that all work is performed efficiently, respectfully, and to the highest industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a contents crew during pack-outs, cleaning, and pack-backs
- Coordinate with project managers to develop and follow job scopes
- Document and inventory customer belongings using digital platforms
- Ensure proper handling and storage of items to prevent damage or loss
- Operate contents cleaning equipment (ultrasonic machines, ozone chambers, etc.)
- Communicate with clients in a professional and compassionate manner
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in contents restoration or property damage restoration
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Familiarity with restoration software (Encircle, DASH, or similar) is a plus
- IICRC certifications (e.g., Contents, Fire/Smoke Restoration) are a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
