  • Enable strategic, data-informed decision-making. You will act as a thought partner to business leaders, helping frame the right questions, identify relevant metrics, and build tools to support decisions. You will develop financial models to support decisions around pricing, resource planning, and acquisition performance. You will audit current dashboards and reporting workflow, including an executive-level report for a high-priority product launch tied to a revenue forecast. You will support ad hoc decision-making and scenario modelling for leadership and board discussions.
  • Partner cross-functionally. You will build relationships with leaders from Growth, Finance, and Operations. You will embed with key functions (Finance, Growth, Ops, M&A) to proactively support data-driven guidance. You will support the centralization of data from multiple sources, including acquisitions and other sources. You will establish scalable reporting standards and documentation processes.
  • Optimize requests and workflow. You will align with WELL HQ to launch a centralized data request intake process and develop a cadence for reviewing data requests with the VP of Growth Operations and executives.
