What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls and and emails, responding to inquiries with clarity and kindness
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Support the veterinary team with general administrative tasks
- Occasionally assist with holding or animal care
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (veterinary or medical setting is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A love of animals and a caring, team-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with Avimark is a bonus, but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
