Agilus is recruiting for a Contracts Coordinator in the staffing services industry in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.
Agilus Work Solutions is hiring a Contracts Coordinator for a 6-month temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contractor onboarding and assignment management within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a team setting, this role is for you!
A typical day:
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new contractors.
- Distribute onboarding communications and manage pre-screening requirements.
- Set up contractors in internal systems for payroll and time tracking.
- Provide support to contractors during assignment start-up.
- Monitor compliance with client requirements and safety certifications.
- Manage documentation for contract changes and off-boarding.
- Collaborate with Payroll to resolve timesheet and invoicing issues.
- Ensure smooth assignment management and contractor support.
Successful candidates will have:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Post-secondary education or experience in HR or contracts management is an asset.
- Proven customer service experience and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
- Reliable and dependable with a strong sense of urgency.
- Technologically adept and comfortable with internal systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Total rewards:
- $50000.00 annually
- Fixed-term contract with a salary of $50,000 plus 4% vacation pay.
