YOUR IMPACTAt OpenText, we are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide and facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies within the Demand Marketing organization. This strategic role is responsible for scaling Agile Marketing methodologies, coaching cross-functional teams, and championing a culture of continuous improvement. This role will act as a mentor, facilitator, and change agent for cross-functional business units spanning across campaign, field marketing, product marketing, web, and content. The ideal candidate is passionate about agile ways of working and has a strong understanding of the complexities of large-scale B2B enterprise marketing and digital operations.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS• Lead Agile practices across multi-disciplinary teams—including campaign/retention managers, product marketing, digital, web, creative, and field marketing—ensuring alignment to shared OKRs.• Run Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews for multiple business units. • Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to prioritize marketing initiatives, remove blockers and ensure alignment with goals, and agility across lifecycle stages.• Educate the cross-functional marketing team on Agile principles, values, and practices while promoting a culture of continuous improvement, goal setting and accountability. • Guide the team in developing data-driven, iterative marketing campaigns with rapid testing and adaptation cycles. • Monitor campaign performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement based on real-time data analysis. • Provide visibility to progress, risks, and capacity through dashboards, velocity tracking, and sprint reviews.• Manage Agile tooling strategy (e.g. Trello) and process governance.• Develop and refine Agile training materials and playbooks for new team members.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED• 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master within digital, marketing, or technology teams.• Demonstrated experience scaling agile practices in a matrixed, enterprise environment.• Proven knowledge of marketing strategies, content operations, and campaign management• Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills • Agile Certification preferred
