Must have previous barista experience on coffee

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, milk shake & alcoholic beverages.

Sell & pack baked goods.

Take customer orders and process payments accurately using a POS system

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment

Assist with food packaging and desserts preparation as needed

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow
SKILLS
- Strong math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Previous experience in the food service industry is required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and provide friendly service
- Knowledge of food safety procedures to ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Cashiering skills for accurately processing transactions and maintaining cash drawer accuracy
