K&K Swim School has been inspiring our swimmers since 2014. Having taught thousands of swimmers, we’ve built our curriculum from the best industry standards, and we are excited to expand our team of water-loving enthusiasts.
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Pool Attendant to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for families and play a key part in ensuring their visit is smooth, enjoyable, and aligned with our high standards of service. If you enjoy working with people, love children, and take pride in providing excellent customer care, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet families warmly and engage with children at their level
- Recognize swimmer birthdays and acknowledge them during lessons
- Share lesson progress, skill tree updates, and provide customer service support
- Keep pool deck, entrance, and washroom areas clean and organized
- Assist families entering/exiting the facility and ensure safety and order on the pool deck
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming space between lessons
- Complete end-of-shift cleaning tasks and reset the area for the next day
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, approachable attitude with strong communication skills
- Passion for customer service and working with children
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who is dependable and punctual
- Comfortable with light cleaning and being on your feet for extended periods
- Has a minimum of First Aid certification
Shift Details (Location-Specific):
- Monday to Thursday from 4 to 8:30 pm
