The Role:

Join our Engineered Solutions (ES) team as an Order Management Associate and become the front line of customer support, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our clients. You'll handle day-to-day transactional tasks and customer interactions while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver on our promise of customer excellence. The ideal candidate for this position is a new graduate of an administrative or business program looking for entry-level opportunities.

Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries and escalate to Operations Manager as needed

· Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely shipment

· Confirm order status and proactively communicate updates to customers

· Generate and distribute invoices for customer orders

· Proactively process subscription renewals with customers

· Oversee the management of returns, replacements, spares and demo requests

· Build strong, positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction

· Provide insights on customer feedback and recurring issues to support process improvements

Skills and Competencies:

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. Attention to
