We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The Administrative professional will be responsible for managing phone systems, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide outstanding customer service to members, partners and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support daily operations.
- Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and organized, facilitating a productive work environment.
- Assist in the administrative functions of communications, onboarding new members and updating our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or as a clerk
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle calls efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
