About the role

Who you are

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with a proven track record of building pipeline and driving revenue through integrated campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of lead generation, ABM, funnel metrics, and pipeline acceleration strategies
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo experience required) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities. Familiarity with tools like Asana is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate across departments
  • A growth mindset, you’re curious, creative, data-obsessed, and thrive on testing and learning

What the job involves

  • Vidyard is seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to fuel pipeline growth and customer acquisition
  • Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will design and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue
  • You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Partnerships to drive end-to-end campaign excellence, from ideation to execution to measurement
  • This is a highly cross-functional role ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about scaling impact through innovation and optimization

  • Our Marketing team is a collaborative group of demand generation experts, product marketers, brand strategists, and growth specialists focused on attracting, converting, and engaging Vidyard’s users
  • Own the strategy and rollout of integrated campaigns across paid media, email, social, and more to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Content, and Partnerships to ensure demand gen programs are aligned with business priorities and deliver on business outcomes
  • Craft clear, effective written copy across emails, landing pages, and ad copy, aligned with our product messaging and brand voice
  • Develop and scale account-based marketing strategies in close partnership with Sales to engage priority accounts and accelerate key opportunities
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, field events, and co-marketed partner programs
  • Co-create and launch campaigns with strategic partners including joint webinars, whitepapers, and co-branded landing pages to drive pipeline
  • Build and refine automated nurture tracks to move leads efficiently through the funnel and ensure smooth MQL-to-SQL handoff, partnering with the XDR team
  • Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution using tools like Salesforce and Marketo. Apply insights to continuously test, refine, and scale programs
  • Keep current on marketing trends and AI-powered technologies to innovate and improve marketing effectiveness
