As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of officers, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Shift Supervisor Security Guard
- Lead a team of on-site security officers
- Manage and maintain the daily schedule of security officers
- Responsible for ensuring that instructions are understood, updated, and followed by all security officers
- Issue and manage access cards
- Complete daily reports and incident reports
- All other related duties
Qualifications for Shift Supervisor Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
- Excellent leadership skills
- 2-3 years of experience in security and team management
- First aid certification level Intermediate is required ( OFA2)
- Hold a valid security license
