- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and repair history.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction.
- Stay informed about dealership promotions, service offerings, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge or background in automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers.
- Proven ability in upselling products and services effectively.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and dealership operations is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork are essential for success in this role.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
