We're looking for a Sales Specialist to do exactly this, and be the voice and expert on our front lines. This isn't a typical, quiet sales desk job. We're a busy shop, and our customers are as passionate about their trucks as we are. Your job is to connect with them and help them build exactly what they're looking for.
We need someone who is motivated to grow with us and who fits in with our solid, hard-working team.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
- You'll be the primary point of contact, managing a steady stream of customer inquiries by phone, email, and other methods
- Acting as the trusted source of knowledge for parts, tuning, and brand knowledge
- Translating a customer's vision into a concrete plan with the right parts and service write-ups.
- Keeping yourself current on the newest products and trends—because our customers definitely are.
This Job is for You If:
- You have a genuine, deep-rooted passion for diesel trucks. This is non-negotiable.
- You have at least one year of hands-on parts or service experience in the automotive world. Direct diesel performance experience is a massive plus.
- You have strong communication skills and can clearly explain technical concepts.
- A busy shop with non-stop questions doesn't rattle you. You can manage your priorities and stay on target.
- You're a reliable team player who understands that our shared success is what matters.
- You're able to lift up to 40lbs.
