Avenue Realties, the leading firm in residential leasing in the Montreal area, is currently looking for a leasing manager to add to their already awesome team.

The leasing manager will be responsible for:

• Marketing online and lead generation

• conducting visits with potential renters

• gathering the leasing applications and submitting them

The ideal candidate is:

• is bilingual in French and English

• ability to coordinate high demand leads and visits

Experience:

• at least 1 year sales experience in leasing in the Canadian real estate rental market is an asset

Education:

University degree (or currently enrolled at university)

Salary:

Commission only

Depending on the hours per week, part time or full time, it ranges from 35,000k-120,000k
