About the Role
The Senior Manager of Warehouse Systems & Digitalization is a strategic leader focused on transforming our warehouse operations through technology and process innovation. In this role, you will spearhead the digitization of warehouse processes – designing efficient workflows, reducing manual and paper-based tasks, and implementing modern inventory tracking systems.
Your mission is to build and maintain the digital backbone of our fulfillment operation, from Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation to barcode/RFID scanning and real-time data capture. You will collaborate closely with the operations team and our product/tech teams to ensure that our warehouse becomes smarter, more data-driven, and ready to scale to additional locations. This is an on-site role at our warehouse facility, where you'll work hands-on with the team to pilot new technologies and continuously improve the system for peak performance and accuracy.
