Your main tasks will be:
- Track all shipments in process.
- Identify missing information and/or documents and communicate with the appropriate parties (customers, carriers, etc.)
- Open and update transactions via the DMS Doc Management system
- Ensure proper document management in the various files.
- Prepare and present certain paper entries.
- Prepare and send invoices for certain customers.
- Prepare and complete customs transactions according to access and responsibilities.
- Provide a high level of customer service to customers.
- Work as part of a team with other departments
- All other related tasks.
What we are looking for:
- You are bilingual in French and English in order to be able to communicate with your future colleagues and clients based throughout Canada and the world.
- Has similar work experience
- Is organized, enjoys customer contact and is committed to his work
