Your main tasks will be:

  • Track all shipments in process.
  • Identify missing information and/or documents and communicate with the appropriate parties (customers, carriers, etc.)
  • Open and update transactions via the DMS Doc Management system
  • Ensure proper document management in the various files.
  • Prepare and present certain paper entries.
  • Prepare and send invoices for certain customers.
  • Prepare and complete customs transactions according to access and responsibilities.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to customers.
  • Work as part of a team with other departments
  • All other related tasks.

What we are looking for:

  • You are bilingual in French and English in order to be able to communicate with your future colleagues and clients based throughout Canada and the world.
  • Has similar work experience
  • Is organized, enjoys customer contact and is committed to his work
