About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring team performance meets or exceeds targets, and supporting the professional growth of sales staff. This role is critical to driving the company’s revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Develop a strong knowledge of Lacoste product, including sizing, content, and features. Communicate this knowledge to customers in a clear and concise way to build sales.
Operations Supervise, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.

Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.

Analyze sales results and recommend improvements where necessary.

Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
