The Opportunity
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth? We’re looking for a B2B Sales Enablement Manager to supercharge our Business Development team and help us grow our network of orthodontic practices across the US and Canada. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the charge on strategic marketing initiatives, build meaningful relationships with internal and external partners, and bring our CRM tools to life to power our sales engine.
You’ll have the freedom to own projects from strategy to execution, making a real difference in how we attract and secure new partnerships. If you're a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, we want to hear from you. This role reports directly to our Director of Business Development and plays a key role in scaling our North American growth story.
This is a permanent, full-time, remote position that can be based out of Denver, Colorado, or our head office hubs in Calgary or Toronto office.

What You Will Love Doing
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our network of orthodontic practice partnerships in North America
- Identify and prioritize target accounts for B2B sales efforts, leveraging market research and industry insights as well as company identified targets based on revenue, geography, and cultural fit
- Create annual marketing strategy with mix-media efforts for brand awareness, engagement, and conversion; includes email marketing, website CRO, social media management, direct mail, blog, webinars, paid media, and industry-specific advertising
- Build relationships with existing Doctor-Partners and leverage “word of mouth” and storytelling marketing tactics in strategy
- Own the Business Development portion of conference strategy, planning, budgeting, and execution; includes working with the Events Specialist to coordinate booth, travel, collateral, and lead gen tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including corporate development, operations, people & culture, and finance, to develop compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals in conjunction with the Communications Department
- Implement sales enablement tools and technologies to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and track performance metrics
- Serve as point of contact for CRM migration. Own and manage company CRM ecosystem, ensuring it is organized, healthy, and optimized
- Develop and implement lead nurturing email marketing and sales sequence campaigns for a sales cycle of 12+ months
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization and make data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Create and manage B2B annual marketing budget
- Source and manage external vendor relationships
All About You:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or sales enablement, preferably in a multi-location healthcare or dental field
- Graphic Design knowledge and basic design capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Experience developing and delivering sales materials
- Proficiency in sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and analytics tools (Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce required)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Ability to travel to US and Canadian destinations, up to 10%
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint
- Experience with Canva and other design tools
- Asana experience or other Project Management tools
