About the role

Title: Customer service representative

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Receive high volume of inbound calls or place outbound calls to provide information to clients and non-clients

  • Use a computer terminal with a customer service application and phone system to receive or place calls

  • Utilize databases to retrieve customer information

  • Resolve problems at first point of contact and refer more complex situations to senior officers

  • Look for sales opportunities with all clients and refer to appropriate internal officers

  • Adhere to compliance routines in carrying out transactions

5-9 years customer service related experience

Excellent organizational and communication skills, clear speaking voice when communicating in English/French, Keen attention to detail

Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze client files efficiently

Nice to have skills:

AML/KYC experience is a Nice to have.
