Call Center Customer Service Representative
About the role
Title: Customer service representative
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Key Accountabilities:

Receive high volume of inbound calls or place outbound calls to provide information to clients and non-clients

Use a computer terminal with a customer service application and phone system to receive or place calls

Utilize databases to retrieve customer information
-
Resolve problems at first point of contact and refer more complex situations to senior officers
-
Look for sales opportunities with all clients and refer to appropriate internal officers
-
Adhere to compliance routines in carrying out transactions
5-9 years customer service related experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills, clear speaking voice when communicating in English/French, Keen attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze client files efficiently
Nice to have skills:
AML/KYC experience is a Nice to have.
