This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing Senior Financial Analyst to join a tight-knit team that supports strategic decision-making across multiple operating businesses.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the annual budget and forecasting cycle for the parent company and several portfolio businesses
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports , analyze results, and track KPIs
- Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and variance reporting
- Support senior leadership with investment reviews, strategic planning, and operational improvements
- Work closely with accounting and operations to ensure financial integrity across the board
- Assist with cash flow analysis , capital allocation, and performance dashboards
💡 What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is an asset (but not a must)
- Strong modeling skills in Excel; bonus if you’ve built tools or dashboards for leadership
- Comfortable juggling multiple entities or business units in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communicator who can break down complex data for non-financial stakeholders
