Call Quality Analyst

- Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Computer competence
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Exceptional listening skills and strong attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication skills,
- Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Candidate must reside in Canada (outside of Ontario)
- Customer service experience
Job Type: Part-time (15 hours per week)
Pay: $15.80 per hour
