The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in our ongoing growth and development. We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service and building lasting client relationships. You’ll be the go-to contact for our clients, assisting with policy changes, claims, renewals, billing inquiries, and more, all while promoting our full suite of insurance products to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Do

  • Provide a positive, professional customer experience across all personal and commercial insurance lines
  • Advise clients on policy changes, claims, renewals, billing, and related matters
  • Use insurance company portals to process updates and transactions
  • Document all interactions clearly and accurately in our BMS
  • Re-market policies as needed to meet client needs
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets
  • Follow up on calls, submissions, and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Promote our features and services during portfolio reviews
  • Foster long-term client loyalty through strong attention to detail and service excellence

What You Bring

  • A valid RIBO license in good standing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A customer-first mindset focused on delivering outstanding service
  • Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
  • A collaborative attitude—you’re a true team player
  • Experience navigating various insurance portals
  • Solid knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products
