Working at Quantum Lead
Quantum Lead was founded to bridge the gap between business and technology, driving transformation to fuel growth. We are a growing team of engineers and entrepreneurs, brought together by curiosity, a drive for impact, and a shared belief in creating what doesn’t yet exist.
At QL, each person plays a critical role in shaping both the work we do and how we do it. We value initiative, adaptability, and collaboration—not for the sake of speed, but because strong ideas come from people who are trusted to lead, explore, and challenge assumptions.
This is a place for people who are energized by possibility, comfortable navigating uncertainty, and motivated by work that matters. We don’t expect candidates to tick every box. We care more about how you think, what you value, and how you show up when given responsibility.
If that resonates, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ / RCA Specialist
to join our growing team. You’ll play a central role in delivering quote-to-cash solutions, designing and implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud systems that span CPQ, RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced), and ERP integration.
This role blends hands-on configuration with strategic insight. You'll work directly with clients to assess needs, shape solutions, and guide delivery, often serving as the bridge between business goals and technical execution. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where client work is varied, timelines are dynamic, and every team member is expected to lead with autonomy and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Discovery & Solution Design
- Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand sales, pricing, and revenue processes. Translate findings into well-structured requirements and system architecture.
- Salesforce CPQ & RCA Implementation
- Design and configure product bundles, pricing logic, discount rules, approval flows, and guided selling within Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & RCA).
- ERP Integration
- Lead the integration of Salesforce CPQ with client ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics), including field mapping, middleware coordination, and data validation utilizing Mulesoft and third party middleware.
- End-to-End Project Execution
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across developers, consultants, and client stakeholders. Participate in backlog management, QA, UAT, and go-live support.
- Enablement & Optimization
- Deliver user training, write configuration documentation, and support clients post-implementation with system optimization and troubleshooting.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with other specialists and strategists to continuously improve internal delivery standards and client outcomes.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce CPQ.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP systems.
- Experience delivering at least one full-lifecycle Revenue Cloud or RCA implementation.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and recurring revenue models.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and its core objects (Opportunities, Products, Price Books, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage client relationships in a dynamic consulting environment.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Salesforce certifications (CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or equivalent).
- Entrepreneurial or startup experience.
- Experience working with middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Prior consulting experience within a Salesforce Partner organization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Slack).
