We are currently seeking a Canadian Trademark Agent to join our growing Trademark Services team. This role supports a broad range of trademark-related work, including prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement. You’ll work directly with clients across industries and benefit from ongoing mentorship from experienced professionals. What you’ll do:

• Prepare and file Canadian trademark applications
• Respond to Examiner’s Reports and other CIPO correspondence
• Conduct clearance searches and provide risk assessments
• Assist with opposition and expungement matters
• Support international filings and liaise with foreign counsel
• Help manage client portfolios and maintain deadline calendars

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Canadian Trademark Agent, or in the final stages of qualification
• 1–2 years of experience in Canadian trademark prosecution
• Familiarity with the Trademarks Act and CIPO procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
