About the Role
We are seeking a Manager of Integrated Planning
who embodies our agency's values. This role
is responsible for bringing our strategies to life through media. You will direct the day-to-day campaign activities for our client’s brands and play a key role in the translation of marketing and advertising objectives into overall tactical plans & campaigns. You, in partnership with the Directors of Integrated Planning and our digital channels teams, will help lead in channel media deployment to and optimize it regularly based on business dynamics.
Your Impact
· Demonstrate understanding of client’s businesses and brands
· Lead the development of media plans including media analysis to support recommendations based on outlined strategy
· Prepare and present communication plans when necessary
· Use 3rd party syndicated research resources (Arima, Vividata, Commspoint, Tapclicks, etc.) and proprietary tools to develop recommendations
· Seek, investigate, and actively pursue innovative communications opportunities
· Act as a primary planning / buying integration contact for outside agency partners and internal digital execution team
· Provide updates to media and agency partners on the status of all account projects
· Finalize RFP lists and work with team to review all proposals
· Take the lead on negotiation of finalized plans with partners for all standard and integrated buys and ensure campaign go live
· Meet with industry representatives to gain insight to all phases and points of contact of media partners
· Ongoing management and stewardship of campaigns (pacing etc.)
· Create optimization recommendations
· Assume media financial accountability working with client finance, client service and agency partners
· Act with integrity when managing relationships across agency and media partners to ensure brand understanding, more effectively sell ideas, and contribute to positive agency evaluations
Your Qualifications
· College Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications, or equivalent experience
· 6+ years of relevant media experience, media planning preferred
· Proven experience with client presentation and reporting
· Knowledge of integrated media planning as well as digital buying.
· Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
· Proficiency with 3rd party syndicated research resources and media tools
