About The Position Are you known for your rigor, your organizational skills, and your ability to effectively support multiple clients? Our client, a well-established and growing accounting firm, is seeking a File Manager to join its professional, personable, and collaborative team.

Your role As a File Manager, you will play a key role in managing our clients' accounting and tax mandates. You will act as the main point of contact for your clients, while ensuring the quality of services provided and the compliance of deliverables.

Main Responsibilities

• Independently manage a client portfolio (SMEs, Large Enterprises)
• Perform bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and prepare financial statements and tax returns. (T2 and T1)
• Ensure the compliance of accounting and tax files with current standards
• Coach and supervise accounting technicians as needed
• Proactively advise clients on tax matters and best management practices
• Collaborate on improving internal processes and digital tools

Required Profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent training
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting firm
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Caseware, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and autonomy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
