- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) using Accuro.
- Collect patient information and verify insurance details to ensure proper billing.
- Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and faxes related to patient care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in a medical office environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Accuro is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care to patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
