We are excited to partner with an upscale med spa downtown Toronto in search of a skilled and passionate Facialist.
As a Facialist you will provide exceptional skincare treatments to their valued clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of facial treatments customizing skincare regimens and advanced facial massage techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of facial treatments addressing various skin types and conditions.
- Develop and implement customized skincare treatment plans based on individual client needs and concerns.
- Perform advanced facial massage techniques to enhance treatment efficacy and promote relaxation.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend suitable products for at-home use.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment room.
- Adherent to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Keep accurate and detailed client records.
- Stay up to date with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experience.
- Assist with retail sales of skincare products.
Qualifications and Skills
- Certified esthetician with a minimum of 3 years of experience in facial treatments
- Proficiency in a wide range of facial treatments and massage techniques
- In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions
- Strong understanding of ingredient interactions and contraindications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Superior customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
