OFFICE COORDINATOR

Location and hours
- 25 Sims Crescent, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1K9 | Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Responsibilities
The Office Coordinator supports the Warehouse through day-to-day general administrative support ensuring the office is runs in an efficient manner.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone and direct queries to appropriate departments.
- Basic administrative duties: photocopying, faxing, filing.
- Data entry into JustFoods ERP of orders that are received, as well as ensuring data is set up correctly and making adjustments to the system.
- Sort and input vendor invoices.
- Assist monthly physical inventory count.
- Assists in the coordination of customer accounts including: outlining product details, price quotations, product availability, creating and sending purchase orders.
- Act as backup for Customer Service/ Order Desk team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong team player with a 'happy to help' attitude
