Essential Job Duties
- Forecasting: Set and strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the department.
- Team Management: Hire, train, motivate, and monitor service staff performance.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage the annual operating forecast and profitability of the service department; manage and collect A/R accounts
- Reporting: Maintain required reporting systems for Senior Management.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Quality Control: Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks.
- Warranty Management: Review and process warranty claims, ensuring correct application of guidelines.
- Safety and Compliance with WorkSafe: Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety regulations.

Experience:
- Service Manager: 5 years (required)
- Automotive: 5 years (preferred)
