1 ‑ Temporary Full Time ‑ Clerk III

Hemodialysis Thunder Bay

It is a condition of this posting that your home unit can accommodate your temporary absence in the event

you are successful.

Reporting to the Manager of the Northwest Regional Renal Services, you will be responsible for providing a full range

of Clerk lll support services for the Renal Program. You will perform within the Philosophy, Values and Policies of

Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

The successful applicants will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:

* Secondary school diploma

* Medical terminology course

* Demonstrated proficiency in word processing and spread sheets (e.g. Excel)

* Demonstrated proficiency in use of Meditech, Community Wide Scheduling

In addition, applicants must have skill and experience in the following elements:

* Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, telephone, written

* Highly organized

* Effective time management skills, and the ability to work independently

* Competent use of Microsoft office computer programs, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

* Previous experience working with outpatient clinic bookings, data collection

* Excellent customer service skills

* Ability to work collaboratively with staff

* Competency in typing correspondence

Salary Range: $28.208 to 28.879
